The staff were helpful, and the location was acceptable for the price.

Our room was not well-structured, there was limited space to open a suitcase. The entrance led directly to the bed, and the bathroom seemed cheap. There was a strong urine odor, like a previous guest had just urinated there. It was VERY off-putting.

I loved the dim lighting as I entered. Soft music and adjustable lights in my room made the evenings relaxing. The hotel is on a quieter street. Konbinis and subway access are nearby. Luggage forwarding was well-organized. My luggage arrived in Hiroshima the next day. Staff were cute and the pajamas they provide are superb.

The room cleaning was only scheduled every three days. I found this quite disappointing for the price.

i was pleased with the complete facilities. i found the hair conditioning surprisingly of very good quality and it smoothed my hair during the dry season. the location proved very convenient, as it was very close to a convenience store. it was also a reasonable walk to various attractions.

the rooms get messy quickly and the room cleaning occurring every three days was disappointing. this felt inadequate considering the price i paid. the bins weren't emptied until midday and had to be left outside the room.

the hotel location was awesome, close to great restaurants. the hotel is located not far from the station. the location is strategic with tons of convenience stores nearby, like lawson. there is easy subway access to sites.
